A portrait of famed poet, writer and civil rights activist, Maya Angelou, that I did for Bravery Magazine. It is a magazine for kids aged 5-12 featuring strong female role models. The background is inspired by her first book, I Know Why The Caged Bird Sings. Below are two more colorways I provided.
